Kõrgepinge tööstuslikud pumbamootorid on töötleva tööstuse "süda" ning nende töökindlus mõjutab otseselt tootmisohutust ja energiatõhusust. Need seeria 3.3KV, 6KV, 10KV mootorid on toiteallikaks võtmeseadmetele sellistes tööstusharudes nagu nafta-, keemia-, energia- ja metallurgia. Nende disain peab vastama rangetele töötingimustele, nagu kõrge rõhk, suur vooluhulk ja pidev töö.

Lühitutvustus
See seeria mootor, selle efektiivsusnäitajad võivad vastata 3. energiatõhususe tasemele, st IE3, ja võivad ka vastataenergiatõhususe tase 4, st IE4, mis on määratletud Hiina standardis GB 755 ja rahvusvahelises standardis IEC 60034.
Kõrgepinge tööstuslikud pumbamootorid, mille nimipinge on tavaliselt 6 kV, 10 kV ja rohkem, on toodetud vastavalt mitmetele riiklikele standarditele (GB), tööstusstandarditele (JB) ja Rahvusvahelise Elektrotehnikakomisjoni (IEC) standarditele, mis hõlmavad disaini, jõudlust, ohutust, energiatõhusust ja muid aspekte.
Põhilised üldised standardid on järgmised
1. GB/T 755-2019
Pöörlevate elektrimasinate kvoot ja jõudlus - Mootori põhijõudlusnõuded, töösüsteem (S1–S10), temperatuuri tõusu piirang (nt F--klassi isolatsioon, mis on väiksem kui 105 K või sellega võrdne).
-Samaväärne standardiga IEC 60034-1
2. GB/T 997-2008
Pöörleva elektrimasina konstruktsioon ja paigaldustüüp (IM-kood)
-Täpsustage mootori paigaldusviis (nt IM B3 jala paigaldamine, IM B5 ääriku paigaldamine).
3. GB 1971-2006
Pöörlevate elektrimasinate klemmide märgistus ja pöörlemissuund
-Ühtne terminali tunnus (U/V/W) ja pöörlemissuuna määratlus.
Testimis- ja kontrollistandardid

Kolmefaasiliste sünkroonmootorite katsemeetodid
-Sünkroonmootorite tühi-koormuse, lühise, temperatuuri tõusu, tõhususe jms testimisprotsess.
2. GB/T 1032-2021
Kolmefaasiliste asünkroonmootorite, näiteks kõrgepinge tööstusliku pumbamootori katsemeetodid
-Tõhususe testimise meetodid, nagu sisend-väljundmeetod ja asünkroonmootorite kadude eraldamise meetod.
3. GB/T 22719.1-2019
Vahelduvvoolu madalpinge{0}}mootorite lahtiste sisseehitatud mähiste vahelduvvoolu isolatsioonikatse
-Vahekindluse pinge test (impulsspinge meetod)
Kodused kõrgepingemootorite{0}}tootmine peab rangelt järgima ülaltoodud standardeid, keskendudes järgmisele:
1. Energiatõhusus (GB 30254)
Isolatsioon (JB/T 7593)
Vibratsioon (GB/T 10068);
2. Eritööstused (nagu nafta ja tuumaenergia) nõuavad tööstusstandardite lisamist;
3. Eksporditooted peavad vastama rahvusvahelistele standarditele, nagu IEC või API.
Tootmisettevõtted peavad nõuetele vastavuse tagamiseks läbima tüübitestid (näiteks temperatuuri tõus, rõhukindlus, vibratsioon) ja regulaarseid tehaseauditeid.
